Breakups are devastating, and for most part—absolutely difficult to handle. But for some, they are the cause of the ultimate psychotic breakdown.

This young Chinese woman, from Guangdong province of Mainland China, was in Hong Kong when she received a breakup text from her boyfriend on the messaging app WeChat. She totally lost her sh*t soon after, and began throwing an uncontrollable tantrum right in the middle of a busy street.

The woman went so berserk, she threw herself on the ground, began thrashing her arms and legs, and screaming at anyone who passed by.

According to Shanghaiist.com, the woman reportedly yelled “God, save me!”, “I want to be with you forever!” and “I don’t want to live anymore!”.

“Twenty-six years! In my dreams, I see you, do you understand?”

“My heart is here! My soul is at home! My lover is at home.”

Many passers-by and well-meaning citizens gathered around the woman, offering her help; however, help wasn’t the thing she needed then. People, therefore, decided to take pictures with her, like this man, for instance.

She yelled some more.

“I told you not to bother me! You said you wanted to help me! Wanted to give me this and that!”

“Why did you bother me? Why?” the woman continued.

“I’m going to cry it all out! I want to be with you forever! Lord! Save me!”

“Someone beat me to death please! I’ve known him for 26 years! Do you guys understand?! You guys are useless! USELESS!”

Her alarming hysterics were so disturbing that the woman was forcibly strapped into a stretcher and was transported to the hospital by the authorities.

Lesson to learn here, guys—Never breakup on a text!
